I am writing
a letter of recommendation  for Christina Palermo. We owned an investment home for
approximately  8
years in the city of Goodyear.  Although the investment was profitable in the
beginning, after several years and especially after the housing  crisis, it became more of a burden
than an asset. Our living in Chandler

that was not going to be easy to market. She was a go-getter from the start and in using her vast and diverse resources was  able to have an offer for us within 24 hours of speaking with her.
 From start to finish we were able to close on the property in less than 30 days.   Everything went smoothly   and other than  furnishing some information, I had to do nothing! With trying to run and operate an air conditioning  business, I had neither the time nor ability to be able to take care of the selling process - it was a very nice perk to have her on my side!
